Digitory Solutions, Inc. provides personal property inventory, documentation, valuation, and related claim-support services on a fee-for-service basis. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

Scope of Services

Our scope is defined by a written engagement, assignment form, or service agreement for each matter. We do not provide legal advice, public adjusting services, or insurance coverage opinions unless specifically engaged to do so.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate loss information, access to the property when applicable, and timely responses to requests for supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

Digitory Solutions, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information provided by third parties. In no event shall Digitory Solutions, Inc., its suppliers, partners, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services or any deliverable.

Payment

Fees are due according to the terms stated in the engagement letter or invoice. Late payments may be subject to suspension of work.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
